What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of The Shore Shoe®, you can return the sandals and get a full refund or exchange minus shipping costs.
You can return The Shore Shoe® for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.
Any sandals returned must be in the same condition as received.
How much does a pair of sandals weigh?
Each pair weighs approximately 2 pounds.
The sandals I received are damaged or defective. What do I do?
Our shoes are inspected prior to shipping, but in the rare event they are damaged in transit or you discover any defect we will gladly replace your sandals.
Contact us and we will prepare a UPS return label. You simply print the label and take your package to any UPS location. All shipping fees will be charged back to The Shore Shoe®.
In the event you do not have a printer we will mail you (via USPS) the return label.
Are the sandals waterproof?
They are salt water resistant. We required our manufacturers to make sandals that are wearable in salt water. However, we cannot claim the “waterproof” designation due to governmental requirements and testing that would be costly and time consuming, and lead to an increase in cost.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes! We are so confident of the craftsmanship and field-tested durability of The Shore Shoe®, that we are pleased to offer a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE:
If your Sandals should Fray, Tear, or simply Wear-out within 1 year of the purchase date we will replace them. Free-of-Charge!
Do the sandals have arch support?
Yes, The Shore Shoe® does have an arch. We went through several sets of midsole designs, samples and molds, before we finally found just the right mix of skid-resistance, comfort and a firm, supportive arch that fits well on top of our wide-base stability platform. In fact, there is no other footwear product like The Shore Shoe®, so we had to develop our own technology as well as find the best new product and footwear manufacturer who could help us bring this new and exciting Stability Sandal™ to market.
Are the sandals helpful for MS patients?
We cannot make medical claims without expensive, time-consuming testing and FDA approval, but we have many customers with MS who have benefited greatly from the use of our sandals. Are the sandals only for the beach or can you wear them anywhere?
Absolutely! Many wearers of The Shore Shoe wear them everywhere. They are helpful on any uneven surface including rough sidewalks, cobblestones, rocky surfaces or dirt roads. They are also fine for winter wear with socks as the straps are completely adjustable. Please take a look at the testimonials where users talk about their experiences wearing the shoes on multiple surfaces.
Do you have plans to offer other variations of the technology? Perhaps hiking boots or running shoes?
We are currently exploring other uses for The Shore Shoe® technology to assist customers with walking or running on uneven surfaces. Please join our mailing list and we will keep you updated on developments.
Do the sandals come in other colors?
Currently we only have Aqua (Blue Bliss) and Burnt Orange (Sunset). We look forward to introducing new, exciting colors soon.
Currently we do not carry women’s sizes 5 and 6, or men’s size 13. We hope to add those sizes to our inventory soon.
Online transactions using Paypal
We use PayPal’s online infrastructure to process credit card transactions.
All of our credit card transactions are administered by PayPal to protect you, our customers and our company from identity theft, credit card theft & fraud.
The Shore Shoe, and PayPal, will never sell your information to third parties.
